Once they have been attended, their follow-up will be channeled according to the care circuits established in the Center.

The telephone numbers for appointments and contact with the Health Center are still the usual ones, and in the event that the call is not answered or is missed, the citizen should contact his/her Health Center as indicated in the voice message if he/she contacts the telephone number 91 370 00 01.

You can also select option 9 if you wish to be attended directly by the staff of the Customer Service Unit of your health center. In this case, the opening hours are Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

You can use the digital kiosks of any health center that has this appointment terminal, even if it is not the one that corresponds to you. Please note the opening hours of the health center to be able to use this service, Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 08:00 to 21:00 hours.

Doctor’s appointment

There is also another more innovative option, which is to download the SAS APP on your cell phone to request a doctor’s appointment, which allows you to request an appointment in a very simple way. This way is more convenient than the others since the app stores your data, so you will only enter them the first time.

Access to a consultation with the family doctor or pediatrician does not require anything more than the prior request for an appointment through any of the options available for it. Remember that any consultation or appointment with a medical specialist must be scheduled in advance by your primary care physician.

Childhood vaccinations are scheduled in relation to the Andalusian vaccination calendar and are usually updated frequently to adapt to new changes. To request an appointment for childhood vaccinations, please use the options below.

Primary care appointment

During normal business hours, by dialling the telephone number of your Health Centre, you will be attended by an operator. The telephone number for appointments at your health center is on the back of your health card. If you do not have it, you can find it in the Catalogue of Services of the Health Centers of La Rioja.

Outside the usual opening hours of your Health Center, if you call the above telephone number, you will be attended by an automatic answering system (IVR). In this way you can obtain an appointment by following the steps indicated, by means of questions and answers. The data answered can be typed on the phone or spoken. In this system you can obtain an appointment, and also consult and cancel appointments already made.

If you need urgent care, you can go to your Health Center during regular visiting hours, to the Continuous Care Points, or depending on the severity, to the Urgent Care Hospital Services or call 112.
